The Half Scale Fairfield Dollhouse Day 7

Today, I completed the wallpapering on the first and second floors, as well as the fireplaces and chimney flue. I plan to use ceiling trim and baseboards in the dollhouse to cover any gaps.

I applied the first coat of paint to the exterior of the dollhouse to identify areas that need sealing with spackle. To fit the roof, you will need to gently tap the tabs in place with a mallet or hammer.

It's best to wallpaper the interior roof panels before assembly, as they will be hard to reach later. Shingle templates are essential for roofing this dollhouse. I also wallpapered the secret tower room and removed the tabs, which were in the way of making the tower removable. After assembling the tower roof, I sanded and painted it.
