The Half Scale Fairfield Dollhouse Day 6

Assembling the parts can be challenging, especially when sliding them together, as hard and rough wood doesn't move easily. Fortunately, having fewer parts makes the assembly process quicker, allowing the walls to go up all at once. The most time-consuming task has been wallpapering as I go along, since it won't be possible to do it later. Careful planning is essential to ensure that each wallpaper is placed correctly on the right wall; you want to avoid mismatched prints in different rooms.

Using a rubber mallet or hammer is helpful for tapping stubborn pieces into place. Throughout this process, I continued applying more wallpaper. It's important to wallpaper before assembling the tower walls; otherwise, you won't be able to do it later. Once the door is installed, the staircase becomes nearly invisible, so a simple finish is needed.

Before adding more walls, make sure to complete any hard-to-reach areas. Having an extra hand is beneficial when installing the third floor. The same sliding technique and tapping method will apply here as well.
