Today, I finished assembling the staircase, which was quite easy. Once the dollhouse is complete, the staircase won't be very visible, so it makes sense to paint it simply instead of adding complicated finishes.
I also put some of the walls together and was pleasantly surprised by how easy they were to install. I used wood and tacky glue for this step, and each wall went up independently. The results turned out well.
