Today, I finished painting the windows using an assembly style, which was quite easy. To clean up excess glue, use a damp bristle paintbrush. Keep the brush in a bowl of water to prevent the bristles from hardening, but don’t leave it in water overnight.
Always use tacky glue for window panes since it dries crystal clear. Be careful not to use too much glue to avoid drenching; if that happens, clean it up with a cloth. Glue globs can be very noticeable in the corners of the window panes. The shape and size of the windows help you remember which is which.
I used small plastic clamps to keep the porch assembly square while the glue dried.
