Apply the first stringer against the wall with the oval window. Notice which side of the wall and which stringer it is. You're looking for the left stringer with the slot on it. You don’t have to stain the stringers because they will not be visible at all.
Once the stringers glue is dry, begin applying the risers. Stain them first. Because the dollhouse is laser cut, the edges fit perfectly flush to each other. The risers will not tip over. Now glue the other stringer to the other wall, again making sure your not gluing it to the wrong side of the wall. The stringer is glued to the kitchen side.
Once the glue is dry, sandwich both walls together, flush against all the risers of the first wall to the stringer of the second. Make sure all edges are touching each other tightly. Straighten all the risers up. Clamp.
Stain all of your steps and glue them to the risers and stringers. You’ll have to slip your hand in this narrow staircase passageway to place them in there but it's able to be done without much trouble. Clamp everything and let dry.
I stood the assembly up so you can better view how it's supposed to look once done. As you can see all of the glue is still wet and visible. I labeled each room that each wall will face.
