Once you have your hinged panel, actually hinged, you can go ahead and install the last roof panel to the dollhouse and begin your stucco. I plan on doing the stucco to the exterior first and then work on the interior later.

I let my chamois hinge strip dry overnight. Always apply the chamois strip to the exterior of the roof panel so it opens without a problem, upwards. So far, everything is accessible for the stucco. If you want to wallpaper this dollhouse, remember that it has to be done before the roof goes up. Though the areas are accessible for stucco or paint, they are not accessible for wallpapering after the roof is on.
