I added a chair rail around the first floor and used matching wallpaper prints for the top and bottom sections. I also chose a different color scheme for the exterior.
The Buttercup Cottage Dollhouse Revisited Again
I built this simple cottage for the third time, adding optional window seat cabinets shown in the photos below. This time, I finished the cabinets on the inside and added hinged doors. It's easiest to do this while the bay assembly unit is put together but not yet installed in the dollhouse.
