Today, I hung the curtains and found a nice pleated ribbon in the perfect shade of pink. You can use any type of glue to hang curtains, but I prefer hot melt glue. I apply small dots of glue only to the window trim, making it easy to remove the curtains later if I want to redecorate. I also added white and pink bows to the ends of the curtains.
For the dollhouse, I used skinny sticks to trim the interior, finishing the edges of the floors and walls as well as the gable edges. There were small gaps at the ends of the roof near the finials, so I filled them by placing a small dowel cap over each gap and painted it dark green to match the rest of the roof trim.
