To assemble the attic ladder, glue all the pieces together at once and clamp them tightly. While clamped, ensure the steps are straight to prevent the structure from coming apart. I will not glue the ladder or attic door in place; instead, I will keep the door closed and position the ladder against it for easy mobility without hinges. I glued the trims for the tower roof and kitchen bay roof, as this will not interfere with shingling.
I started working on the porch railings, with the side ones being the most challenging. Make sure everything is straight and keep track of all the small parts during installation. If your dollhouse was assembled correctly from the start, you should have no alignment issues.
