The Loganberry Mill Dollhouse Day 1

I found this dollhouse kit incredibly straightforward to assemble without consulting the instructions. My primary goal was to modify the design by transforming the slanted roof area into a patio.

To achieve this, I carefully cut off the angled sections from the front and back walls using a ruler, pencil, and craft knife, precisely scoring and snapping the unnecessary pieces. For the back wall, I completely removed the slanted section. I then crafted additional side walls using cardboard, creating space for a gated doorway that would connect the interior room to the new patio area.

The entire assembly was completed using tacky glue, which I secured with masking tape and left to dry overnight. The kit's design was so intuitive that the parts essentially guided their own placement, and no interior finishing was required since all rooms would remain fully accessible after construction. This would make a great beginner kit.
