I installed shelves on the first floor fireplace bookcase. The bookshelf required meticulous craftsmanship, involving careful attention to numerous small gaps along the shelf sides and back. Achieving a smooth finish demanded diligent sanding between paint coats.
I added thin wooden strips to the front edges of the shelf side walls and completed the ceiling trim. Additionally, I applied wooden strips to the back edges of the floors.
The two narrow, back side-walls were painted white on the interior, and while they did not need wallpaper, I ensured they were properly finished since they would be visible from the opposite side of the dollhouse.
