Today, I added the third floor. I noticed a slight warp on this level, so I used weights to keep it flush against the walls. A minor warp is not a problem, but a major one is, as warped MDF cannot be repaired. In that case, you will need to contact the manufacturer for replacement parts. They typically provide these at no cost if your kit was purchased new from an authorized retailer — just send them a copy of your receipt.
