I've completed installing the staircase trim, though you'll need to carefully adjust the stairwell surrounds to ensure a precise fit, particularly for the second-floor section behind the stairs. The fit may require some careful manipulation to look just right. The first floor's arched doorway only has trim on one side due to the staircase's positioning.
As for interior doors, I'm still deciding on the final approach. I'm strongly considering purchasing polystyrene six-panel door kits, which seem to have compatible measurements and can be modified to fit the existing openings. Additionally, I've applied stucco to the front panels and painted them.
