After allowing everything to dry overnight, I completed the front roof trim by painting and installing it. The trim sits like a hood over the brackets, resting flush with the roof edge. I clamped the pieces in place and let them dry, then applied spackle and touched up the paint.
I proceeded to install the porch trim and handrails, taking care to label each piece to prevent confusion, as they look very similar.
Next, I added the bottom trim to the bay walls, establishing their foundation base. I then installed the porch steps and side steps on the dollhouse, including the optional railing that came with them. Lastly, I fitted the corner trims, meticulously labeling each piece to ensure they were placed in their precise, custom-cut locations.
To prepare for wallpapering, I primed the third floor, paying special attention to the edges of the small narrow wall.
