The Harrison Dollhouse Day 5

Today, I started building the basic shell of the dollhouse. You'll be surprised at how easily it comes together. Just follow the instructions step by step, and you'll see that the dollhouse assembles itself. It's uncommon for a dollhouse to go together this smoothly, so you won't struggle with any part of it. This kit is designed so that the floors can be installed before the side walls, which is a big advantage.

So far, I have put together the floors and walls. At this point, I applied wood glue to all the joints. If you plan to wallpaper the interior, pay close attention to areas that will be hard to reach once the walls are up. You may need to finish some parts before moving on. Everything is accessible up to this point in the assembly, but since there are no partitions yet, it might be hard to tell which room is which right now. You might want to wait until the assembly is further along before you start wallpapering.
