I have assembled the Fairfield dollhouse before, but this time, I plan on trying different finishes and explore some optional modifications for the build.
It took me several days to sand all of the pieces and fix some of the ones that broke while they were being punched out. I recognize the parts because I am experienced in assembling tab and slot dollhouses, but keep all parts in their sheets, until the instructions call for them, if you are a beginner.
Hand held weights come in handy for holding down warped parts, like this first floor. Once the glue is dry, the floor remains nice and straight.
