The Harrison Dollhouse Day 08

Today I worked on the tower and bay roofs.

Notice the inner supports of the tower roof and how they go together.

Usually it is very difficult to assemble a tower roof using the tape method described in the instructions but for this dollhouse, it actually worked very well and I recommend it.

Join your roof panels by applying masking tape on the butted undersides and then turn the structure right side up and glue it to your tower and bay tops. Make sure it's straight and even all the way around.

At this time assembly has to stop in order to tie some loose ends together before I am able to continue. One of them is the hinged panel, which I will be working on next.
